The holiday flats are available for you all year round!

The prices are per night for 2 persons incl. Guestcard (advantage card). For each additional person over 16 years of age, an additional € 20.00 per night will be charged.
Reduction for children
(also in high seasons and holidays the price remains the same)
from 0 to 3 years: 5,00 €
from 4 to 10 years: 12,00 €
from 11 to 15 years: 15,00 €
A local tax will be charged per guest/day. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.
Cancellation policies in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
There’s not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) – yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions:
- Up to 2 weeks before the agreed arrival date, the reservation can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made after 2 weeks before the agreed arrival date: chargeable (excluding short-term emergencies such as Corona illnesses), 30 % of the agreed total price.
In case of no show or in case of anticipated departure, the total price for the complete stay is charged.
Please let us know in good time if you have to cancel your holiday.
